1. About us

2. Using this website

By placing an order on crazyshop-me.com you agree to these conditions. Please give a correct name, phone number and delivery address, as orders are delivered using this information. If you are under 18, order with the approval of a parent or guardian.

3. Our products

Items sold on this website are replica merchandise inspired by anime, films, series and games. They are not official licensed products. All characters, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. Colours and small details may differ slightly from the photos on the website.

4. Prices and orders

All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and do not include the delivery fee. We may correct pricing mistakes and may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, with no charge to you.

5. Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in Jordanian Dinar when you receive your order.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all governorates in Jordan within 2 to 3 business days. The delivery fee is 2.50 JOD inside Amman, 3 JOD for Zarqa, Balqa and Salt, and 3.50 JOD for the other governorates. Delivery is free on orders over 30 JOD. Delays caused by the courier, weather or an incorrect address are outside our control.

7. Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is new and in its original condition. The customer pays the delivery fee for the return. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, the return is free. See our Shipping and returns page for details.

8. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order is delivered, the returns policy above applies.

9. Website content

The Crazy Shop name, logo, product photos and website text belong to Crazy Shop. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Liability

This website is provided as is. We are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of the items you paid for.

11. Changes to these conditions

We may update these conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

12. Governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws of Jordan, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Amman.
